About & disclosure
Iron Markdown is a simple deal tracker for fitness gear: home gym equipment, smartwatches/wearables, and protein/supplements. We find real price drops, list them by category, and plan to send a weekly email of the best ones.
How we pick deals
- We only publish prices we can verify from retailer pages or recent reputable deal roundups.
- We record a source URL and the date checked for each deal (see
sources.mdin the project). - We never invent prices. If we can’t verify it, it doesn’t go on the site.
- Prices move quickly — always confirm the live price at checkout.
Affiliate disclosure
This site contains affiliate links. That means if you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or affiliate network at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not change the prices we show. We may earn from Amazon Associates, Walmart Creators, brand programs, and similar networks once those accounts are approved. Until then, “View deal” buttons go to normal product/search pages without tracking tags.
As an Amazon Associate we would earn from qualifying purchases (once enrolled). Other retailers may have similar programs.
Newsletter
The signup form on the homepage is a placeholder for v1. It does not store your email or send anything. When we connect a real list (e.g. Buttondown, Beehiiv, or ConvertKit free tier), we’ll say so clearly and only collect emails with consent.
Contact
This is an early build for Brendan. No public contact form yet.
